Ruth Bancroft Garden

Host your event at the beautiful and unique Ruth Bancroft Garden. The 3½-acre garden provides a sculptural backdrop for your gathering and is all yours for the evening of your rental. Facilities are outdoors only with bookings available from early June to early September. Maximum for a seated reception is 75; for more casual gatherings, 150 can be accommodated.

The Vista Room is a great space for dinner or for larger parties. Start with cocktails in the Atrium and follow with dinner in the Celebration Ballroom. Civic Park Community Center

Imagine your gathering at beautiful Civic Park Community Center. The spacious gazebo and park is located near downtown Walnut Creek. The large assembly hall seats up to 250 guests, and the commercial kitchen is available for catering staff of your selection. Creekside Hall

The Creekside Hall is located just inside the Walnut Creek Elks Lodge just south of Walnut Creek’s downtown shopping district. The hall has four rooms available to rent for your group event. The Great Room seats 150 guests with a dance floor. Bring your own caterer to use the full-size kitchen. There are two full service bars also available, and plenty of free parking for your guests. Shadelands Art Center

Host a group event at one of the East Bay’s largest and most affordable venue, the Shadelands Art Center. The high vaulted ceiling and hardwood floored auditorium seats 300 guests comfortably.
